EVENT PRICING
Below are the structures Autobahn Coffee typically operates within. Pricing assumes your event is being held in the vicinity of Bend, Oregon. This being said, the bus can travel to virtually anywhere for coffee service. Pricing is dependent on a few factors: desired menu items, expected number of guests and the location & time-frame of your gathering.
Service options:
1. full service espresso & drip coffee bar
2. unlimited drip coffee bar, no espresso
3. full service cash bar (drinks paid by guests)
4. custom arrangement, contact us with your details
OPTION 1: FULL SERVICE
menu: espresso, drip coffee, chai, tea & hot coco
add-in flavors: vanilla, cardamom, lavender

full serviced autobahn coffee bus serving: espresso, americano, latte, mocha, drip coffee*, herbal tea, chai latte & hot coco. milk, dairy alternative, sugar & cups provided.

pricing, includes up to 50 drinks & 2 hours of service:
$500: saturday & sunday
$400: monday to friday
+ $80 each additional 10 drinks and/or hour
+ add iced drinks: latte, americano & chai (+$30)
+ additional add-in flavors $10 per
*drip served when group size is over 30 people
OPTION 2: DRIP COFFEE

autobahn coffee can serve unlimited drip coffee to any sized group. Your guests will enjoy freshly brewed drip coffee without wait. our drip coffee bar is the most economical option at 40% less cost per coffee, when compared with espresso service. half & half, dairy alternative, sugar, cups & lids provided. cold brewed coffee & kombucha may be added upon request.

+ $125 for each additional 50 coffees and/or hour

OPTION 3: CASH BAR
menu: espresso, drip coffee, chai, herbal tea, iced coffee, hot coco, kombucha

full service cafe for events with large attendance at no cost to the organizer. we will set up the full serviced autobahn coffee bus cafe at your event to provide coffee, paid per cup, to event-goers.

pricing: free to organizers, per drink by event-goers.
